GARY A. WAGNER
Gary A. Wagner attended Manhattan College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree. He received
a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from The John Marshall School of Law in Chicago. Thereafter, Mr. Wagner became an
Assistant States' Attorney, State of Illinois, in the Cook County Office. He returned to Long Island in the early 1980's
and established this firm in 1986. Mr. Wagner has extensive trial experience over his
more than 25 year legal career including defending personal injury clients in the field of medical malpractice and
has successfully defended both physicians and hospitals in various areas of specialty. Mr. Wagner is an
appointed arbitrator for the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. Mr. Wagner has also served
on the Defendants' Round Table Committee and the Medical-Legal Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.
He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Daniel F. Doman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hunter College and was inducted into the Honors Fraternity
Phi Beta Kappa in 1978. He graduated from St. John's University School of Law and spent five years mainly
handling medical malpractice defense litigation.
In 1986, he established this firm and has focused his practice on the trial of civil defense and medical
malpractice cases. Mr. Doman has successfully defended many medical malpractice cases over the
years on behalf of individual physicians and hospitals. He has been a guest lecturer to the New York State Bar Association, Medical Society of the State of New York, the Nassau County Bar Association and Hofstra University. Mr. Doman has long
been active in contributing to hospital fundraising efforts.

Salvatore J. Leto was made a partner and took over management of the firm in 1997. He graduated from the
University of Pittsburgh and received a Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center
of Touro College in 1988. He joined the firm in 1989 and has had considerable trial experience with multiple
defense verdicts. Although Mr. Leto manages the firm, he continues to be extremely active in litigation and trials.
Since joining Wagner, Doman & Leto, P.C., he has focused on the defense of physicians and hospitals in
medical malpractice actions. He has also served as hospital counsel on day-to-day issues involving patient
care. Mr. Leto is involved in charities on behalf of autism and childhood cancer.
DIANA M. D'ALESSIO DI LEO

Diana M. D'Alessio Di Leo became a member of the firm in 2006. She obtained her B.S. Degree in Business
Administration and her Juris Doctor from St. John's University. Both degrees were obtained Cum Laude.
Ms. Di Leo served as Justice Roberto's Law Clerk in Supreme Court, Nassau County. She is licensed in
New York and New Jersey. In 1994, Ms. Di Leo joined the firm and has become very experienced in all
aspects of civil defense and medical malpractice litigation including extensive trial experience. She
has obtained numerous defense verdicts on behalf of civil litigation defendants, hospitals and physicians.

NICHOLAS J. ALBANESE, JR.

Nicholas J. Albanese, Jr. received his B.A. in History from Boston College in 2000. He received his
Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2004, and was admitted to the New York State
Bar in 2005. Mr. Albanese began his professional career practicing personal injury litigation in
Manhattan, before coming to Wagner, Doman & Leto, P.C. He maintains a strong interest in all aspects
of healthcare litigation. Mr. Albanese volunteers at Nassau University Medical Center on weekends.

GRAHAM T. MUSYNSKE

Graham T. Musynske received his B.A. degree in History from The George Washington University in 2007. He received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011. During law school he worked as a legal aide in the Legal and Regulatory Department of Henry Schein, Inc., the largest provider of health care products and services to office-based medical practitioners. Prior to joining the firm, he was an assistant manager for a national bar review company.
